Job responsibilities:

1. Organize relevant technical and procurement personnel to review after receiving sales or self research demand tasks;

2. After the evaluation is feasible, start the project initiation application, which shall be approved by the general manager;

3. Organize the person in charge of each professional group to evaluate the completion time and issue the assignment;

4. Follow up the completion of each department and professional group according to the requirements of the task list (in case of any change in the project progress, timely notify relevant personnel and determine the specific update time);

5. Organize and coordinate all departments and professional groups to jointly complete exception handling;

6. Regularly report the progress of each project and internal related problems;

7. Prepare the delivery notice to logistics in advance before delivery;

8. Complete other leadership arrangements.

Job requirements:

1. Mechanical design, mechanical engineering and other related disciplines;

2. Working experience in motor structure design is preferred;

3. Proficient in drawing software and office software;

4. Master the key points of mechanical part design and the basic knowledge of drawing specification, tolerance and fit;

5. Have strong learning, enterprising and team spirit, work carefully, have a strong sense of responsibility, strong execution, and be good at communication.
