Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for electromagnetic simulation of drive motor, output electromagnetic performance simulation report (efficiency map, external characteristic track diagram, heat load, centrifugal force, voltage vector diagram, etc.), and draw electromagnetic drawings;

2. Be responsible for the evaluation and selection of new silicon steel materials, magnetic steel materials and stator insulation materials of motor;

3. Be responsible for providing technical guidance to production personnel and assisting motor process engineer in process development;

4. Be responsible for the preparation of motor test program and assist the test to complete relevant test verification;

5. Be responsible for other daily work arranged by the superior.

Qualifications:

1. Full time master degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, electrical and related;

2. At least 1 year experience in driving motor design and simulation, able to independently complete motor simulation design and output electromagnetic performance simulation report, experience in flat wire motor development is preferred;

3. Familiar with at least one motor finite element simulation software in Maxwell, flux, jmag, etc., familiar with MATLAB, SolidWorks and motorcad is preferred;

4. Familiar with motor control principle, able to optimize in combination with control principle in motor design process;

5. Familiar with motor structure, production and technology;

6. Good independent working ability, strong organization and coordination ability and learning ability.
